Stoble Coffee & Coworking

This 15,000-square-foot adaptive reuse and restoration project transformed a prominent structure in downtown Chico into the flagship home for Stoble Coffee. The design celebrates and restores the building's original historic character, while introducing warm, modern elements to foster a vibrant community hub. Beyond a large-scale cafe, the space accommodates a roof deck, dedicated roastery, collaborative work areas, private offices, and flexible event spaces. Completed in June 2021, Stoble Coffee quickly became a fixture in downtown, and stands as a cornerstone of the city’s ongoing revival. This project holds a special place in our hearts as our first project in Chico, and as home base for our team :)
