Design is messy. We don’t have all the answers, and we’re okay with that. When people feel safe to ask questions, try things, and be wrong together, better work happens.
Our work is rooted in and inspired by Chico’s unique charm.
Chico’s got beauty, grit, funk, optimism, and a bit of an underdog streak. We draw from all of it to make spaces that feel elevated, iconic, forward-thinking, and unmistakably Chico.
We focus on making places and spaces where people can truly flourish.
Whether it’s designing a restaurant downtown, creating space for art and culture, or imagining places where friends and family gather and connect, we choose work that strengthens community and makes life here better.
